Basil Comes to Mt Pleasant!!
August 2nd, 2011 Posted in Around TownThe word on the street has been buzzing since Henry and Chai Eang decided to open a Basil in Mt Pleasant. Basil is a Thai-food restaurant that has locations in Downtown Charleston and Charlotte. The official opening for Basil in Mt Pleasant was yesterday August 1, 2011. The restaurant is gorgeous and the food is fabulous just like its sister restaurant downtown and the one in Charlotte. It will definitely be the new hot spot of Mt Pleasant with its indoor and outdoor seating with water views. The menu has a good selections like Pad Thai, Basil Duck and curries to name a few. There is a bar on the second floor with very comfortable sofa seating which makes a great place to meet friends for appetizers and cocktails. Place this one on your must try list I don’t think that you will be disappointed. Reservations recommended.
Dinner: Mon-Thu 5-10:30 pm, Fri-Sat 5-11:00, Sun 11:30-9 pm
